Return Policies
Chi-town MMAniacs. Is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If your purchase does not fulfill your needs for any reason, you can return your item for an exchange or refund. Simply contact our store to receive instructions on returning your purchase. The following conditions apply:
- Shipping is non-refundable*
- A 15% Restocking Fee applies (provided item is repacked according to factory standards & without excess wear)
- Returns are accepted only on items with a minimum purchase of $20.00
- Cancellations - During processing time it may be possible to cancel your order, but once the order moves into the shipping process, it cannot be cancelled.
*Items purchased originally with Free Shipping will have a standard ground shipping fees deducted from the refund.
Shipping Policies
Shipping to and from Chi-town MMAniacs is at the customers expense and varies according to weight, size, shipping type and location. For orders over $20.00 we offer FREE shipping within the contiguous United States. All items will be shipped insured. Orders purchased with “Standard Shipping” (which typically takes 3 to 5 business days), your items should arrive within 5-8 business days from the day you place your order
